No Transfer of Rights: By using the Tool, you do not transfer any ownership rights to your images. You remain solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and modify your images.

4. Privacy and Data Protection

Local Processing: All image processing occurs locally in your browser. We do not collect, store, or transmit your images to our servers.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

No Guarantees: We do not warrant that:

• The Tool will be compatible with all browsers or devices
• The Tool will be available at all times
